    Writing: Highly creative, able to write to brand tone of voice, strong command of language, craft skills, able to write for different media

    Art Direction: Highly creative, strong visual appreciation (photography, design, visual editing), up-to-date on social and cultural trends and fashions, able to produce scamps to a presentable level.

    A huge interest in sports and entertainment is a masssive plus!  

    Happy to talk to clients and get to know about their business and what the problem is. Someone with an opinion ­ they’re not really a place for shrinking violets.  
    An ability to shape, develop and clearly express ideas – Excellent presenting skills are an advantage: articulate, passionate, authoritative, charming, capable of instilling confidence

    Be able to quickly visualise your thinking using different mediums

    When required the ability help develop and shape the ideas of more junior members of the team around you

    Able to craft an inspiring and clear deck to present work
    Make complex multi-platform campaigns feel simple
    Proven leadership experience.
    A Portfolio showing passion for creative and a knowledge of digital thinking and understanding.
    Experience of taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. Client facing experience.
    Exceptional written and oral communication skills

    Key Skills Ideas generation, art direction, copywriting, presenting, collaboration, relevant software (Adobe Creative Suite).
