A great new role with one of the UK's most recognised retailers where you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance, the customer experience and shaping the long-term direction of all assisted channels for Online. These include, E sales (the call centre for online customers), Web Decline, Web Upgrade Eligibility Checker, E-orders (order processing team).Based out of the London office and overseeing the improvement of all automated sales for the business. This is an ideal role for someone who is very commercial, adaptable and naturally looking to know what your competitors are delivering it and then beating it.
The business has been through a large transformation over the past couple of years and have built a presence that is not only matching their heritage but becoming a leading technological player. Through development, acquisition of transformation all the areas of the business are leading in their market, technology and commerciality. Key skills are
- Experience with automated sales process.
- An aptitude to excel in a cross functional environment.
- An end to end vision for the customer through the online sales journey
- Ability to work across multiple projects and engaging stakeholders in the delivery of your work.
