They are looking for a CRM & Loyalty manager to execute the UK Delivery Marketing Strategy and relentlessly drive sales on a daily basis through their passion to leverage data. You will have strong analytical skills as well as experience in a fast paced e-commerce focused organisation.
This role is based in St Albans
· Own and execute the digital customer retention model
· Responsible for delivering session and sales via retention channels
· Lead development and execution of digital channel strategies
