    What You’ll Do
    Are you a talented email marketer? Do you live to optimize open rates? You’ll be part of a rapidly growing team of talented marketers who are working on next-generation experiences for tourism. Together with your team, you’ll launch experiences that help tourists experience destinations in new ways.

    What You Bring
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
    • A minimum of 2 years working with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics –
    required
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
    • Self-starter and entrepreneurial
    • Comfort in a fast-paced, informal, and high-energy environment

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Grow our email list of engaged users
    • Create segments based on behaviors and engagement
    • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers
    • Work with B2B and B2C sales teams to generate qualified sales leads
    • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
    • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
    • Develop a personalization strategy
    • Optimize email open rates
