    An independent but incredibly powerful agency are looking for a senior account director to work and lead one of their largest accounts. A creative technology agency, they help their clients achieve digital transformation through strategic, creative and technical innovation. The work ecompasses product and service design, eCommerce, CRM and digital strategy.

    Due to a promotion, a new senior account director is needed for one of the biggest billing accounts in the business. The client is a large B2B business, leveraging CRM and customer data.

    The SAD will take ownership and responsibility across a wide portfolio of projects and will have a remit over growing the analytical proposition of the business. Work on the account will require utilising transactional data from both a custom build CRM platform and the eCommerce site to shape future campaigns.

    The right SAD will be highly strategic, leveraging data to influence integrated campaigns, leaning heavily on tech and digital. The account has dedicated tech resource and has a history of winning rewards so is a great place to showcase strategic skills.

    Required experience:
    - Strong experience of CRM and customer data strategic
    - Passion for data led strategies and and understanding of what to do with it
    - Developed analytical and business strategy skills
    - A pro-active and collaborative approach to both colleagues and client problems
