    High street fashion house looking for a Web Optimisation Manager to take responsibility for the analytics and digital optimisation across all channels

    In addition to channel conversion, the Web Optimisation Manager will be responsible maximising customer engagement through analytics and insights activity including:-
    - A/B testing activity & results
    - Content and campaign performance
    - Onsite user journey and behaviour
    - Site performance metrics across all platforms & digital channels

    You will be required to look at historic digital performance to improve the design and development of new campaigns and content

    Relevant experience within an ecommerce business is desirable

    Tools: IBM Analytics, advanced Excel skills, Google Analytics


    £45 - £50k + excellent benefits
