Director - Creative - Agency
Nat joined ECOM in 2009 and, as well as being a Director, is our Creative Team Leader covering all design and creative roles within the Agency world. Prior to working at ECOM she worked in the TV industry and has always had a natural eye and interest in all things creative whether this is through art, photography, interior design, or film. With a passion for digital, Nat and her team love finding great jobs for great creatives and designers.
Director - Technology - Agency
Originally from Sydney, Katrina joined ECOM in August 2009 as part of the Technology Team. Since then she has managed and grown the team & is now a Director. Katrina has over 10 years of sales and recruitment experience behind her, building relationships across Digital Agencies both in the UK and globally.
Director - Digital Marketing - Clientside
Chris began his recruitment career in 2005. Eight years with Michael Page took him all over the UK, and he was the driving force behind the launch of their digital sub-brand in 2011. After taking time out to travel South America he returned to London and joined ECOM. Since 2013, Chris has worked on the client side of our business, and is now Director and responsible for this half of our operation.
Director - ECOM North
Andy joined Computer People in 1999 to work in the IT and latterly Digital recruitment markets, where he progressed up to Regional Manager. In 2012, he joined InterQuest as a Director to launch the Mint brand, a business focused on Digital and business change recruitment in the UK and Europe. After 3 successful years, the strategic decision was taken to fold Mint into the main group, and Mint Digital became ECOM. Andy is now Director of ECOM’s Northern and International operations.
Project Management & Strategy Team Leader - Agency
Paula heads up the Project Management, Strategy & Resource team at ECOM and has been successfully recruiting these skillsets since she joined ECOM in 2006. Her team works with most of the best known digital agencies in the UK along with many smaller boutique start-ups, creating a wide range of interesting roles. Her team of 6 are all specialists & deliver a high quality service to clients and candidates alike.
UX, Service Design & Analytics Team Leader - Agency
Owen has been working at ECOM for since 2010. He started out recruiting for Digital Project Management, UX and Strategy and in the last 18 months has set up a UX, Service Design & Analytics Team concentrating on the agency world. He now heads up a team of four which is rapidly expanding to service these booming markets.
Client Services & Social Media Team Leader - Agency
Roberta joined ECOM in 2013 after working with in creative and digital agencies as a Senior Account Manager. She brings hands on knowledge of agency life and account management experience. Her team of four specialists partner with Digital, Social Media, Creative, Integrated and Media agencies to attract and attain the best talent in Client Services/Account Management and Social Media. The team work across permanent and freelance requirements and have made placements from Managing Directors down to Account Executives.
Creative Team Leader - Clientside
Liz studied Graphic Design and Communication at Leeds University, and joined ECOM as a graduate in 2010. Starting as a resourcer, she has worked her way up through the ranks recruiting for the Creative marketplace and now leads a team of 5 people who focus on placing creative candidates into Clientside companies.
Content Team Leader - Clientside
Before Jim joined ECOM in 2007 (the same year Apple launched the iPhone!), he worked as web designer, so the transition to recruiting for creative positions was a natural one. Having recruited for most of London’s top digital agencies and then moving to ECOM’s “clientside“ division to recruit for our impressive list of global brand clients, Jim now heads up our Content team.
UX, Analytics and Project Management Team Leader - Clientside
Vam joined ECOM in 2010 and recruits across Project Management, User Experience & Analytics. A team leader since 2012 she has built a team that specifically focuses on placing these candidates into the clientside market for both contract and permanent positions across Retail, NFP, Publishing and Tech Start-Ups.
Manager - ECOM North
Rob started recruiting in 2004 for Computer People building his career as an IT recruiter in the North West. In 2012 he was asked to join the InterQuest group to help set up the new Mint brand where he developed and grew the Digital team. After 3 successful years the strategic decision was taken to fold the specialist Digital team into ECOM. Rob now manages ECOM’s recruitment teams covering the North and Midlands.
Manager - ECOM International
Adam began his recruitment career in 1999 working for Computer Futures in London. After 2 years learning his trade with Futures Adam then embarked upon a 15 year career working mainly with SME recruitment companies on an international basis. Adam has lived in and set up offices in Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK. Adam is currently enjoying building the European Digital arm of our International operation at ECOM.
